A recent highlight of Europe offers a lot with the wide part of Danube, UNESCO registered among which both side of the city lie- Buda and Pest. This is the scenic and great part of the town where you need more than one full day to enjoy. The parliament building itself needs a half-day to explore. Buda hill and the national museum need another half-day. However, a bit further away, St Stephen’s cathedral and the Jewish synagogue are what you should not miss. You will probably be advised to cross the chain bridge on foot. Plus, go for many statues around the town each with a story.
